I too had some salon capes cus...great little story! I too had some salon capes custom made myself using fabric from Joann's. During Halloween they have some AWESOME fabric for costumes you can use for capes. They are a woven nylon fabric with a shiny PVC coating on them, much like the perm or chemical capes you see at a salon. I would buy 2 yards, and that would make 1 LARGE cape with a Velcro neck closure. I LOVE these capes, and if I am not getting my hair cut at home, I will take them tot he salon with me, and have them use MY cape. That way I don't have to worry about getting a dirty cape somebody just used.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
